At Little Miss Robot, we've split up our company values in 2 categories: brand values & culture.

Brand Values:

These values reflect how we want to be perceived by others. Everything we do should confirm or enforce these values and they are very tightly intertwined with our brand.

• Cutting Edge: we operate at the intersection of design & technology. We're building the digital products of tomorrow.
• Adaptable: we're flexible & are able to adapt our process & workflow to the needs of the clients & their users.

Culture:

While our brand values reflect how we present ourselves, our culture values represent how we work. They reflect what it means to work at Little Miss Robot and how we do the things that we do:

These values summarise our core beliefs:
Be honest with each other & our clients, be proud of your work and stand up for the things you believe in, but always do it in a humble & respectful manner.
Never be afraid to ask questions and share what you've learned with your colleagues and with the world. Work as a team & help each other out and above all, have fun.
